Privacy Policy

In short: Roundy works on your Mac. We do not collect, store or sell any of your data, and your files are never uploaded.

Your files

Compressing, converting, merging and moving all happen locally on your Mac. File contents and file names never leave your device, except in the optional AI feature described below.

Information stored on your Mac

Roundy keeps a few settings in its own app container on your Mac: the folders you added and the permissions you granted to them, a log of recent operations, your keyboard shortcut, the circle's position, and how many free uses are left. This information stays on your Mac and is removed if you delete the app's data.

Purchases

The Lifetime Unlock is sold through Apple's App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never see your payment details, name or Apple Account. The app only checks with Apple whether the unlock has been purchased.

Optional AI features

AI sorting and smart renaming are off unless you enter your own API key for an AI service in Settings. When you use them, the names of the selected files (never their contents) and your folder names are sent directly from your Mac to the AI service you configured, under that service's own privacy policy. Your key is stored only on your Mac. We do not receive any of this.

Analytics and tracking

Roundy contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code, and does not use the advertising identifier.

Children

Roundy does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Questions: open an issue on GitHub.

简单说：圆圆文件大师在你的 Mac 上工作。我们不收集、不存储、不出售你的任何数据，你的文件不会被上传。

你的文件

压缩、转格式、拼接、移动全部在你的 Mac 本机完成。文件内容和文件名都不会离开你的设备，下文所述的可选 AI 功能除外。

保存在你 Mac 上的信息

App 在自己的数据目录里保存少量设置：你添加的文件夹及其授权、最近的操作记录、快捷键、圆圈的位置，以及剩余的免费次数。这些信息只保存在你的 Mac 上，删除 App 数据后即被清除。

购买

「终身解锁」通过 Apple 的 App Store 销售，由 Apple 处理付款。我们看不到你的付款信息、姓名或 Apple 账户，App 只向 Apple 查询是否已购买。

可选的 AI 功能

AI 分拣和智能重命名默认关闭，只有你在设置里填入自己的 AI 服务 API 密钥后才能使用。使用时，所选文件的文件名（不含文件内容）和文件夹名会从你的 Mac 直接发送到你配置的 AI 服务，适用该服务自己的隐私政策。你的密钥只保存在你的 Mac 上，我们不会收到这些信息。

统计与追踪

App 不包含任何统计、广告或追踪代码，也不使用广告标识符。

儿童

我们不会有意收集任何人（包括儿童）的信息。

变更与联系

本政策如有变更，会在本页发布新版本并更新生效日期。有问题请在 GitHub 提交 issue。
